When I was in the fourth grade of elementary school, I started swimming for the first time. Swimming was fun, but I realized that it was a really hard exercise. I told my mom that I didn't want to go to the swimming pool and got scolded. It was a swimming pool that I didn't want to go to, but swimming helped me a lot after that.

3. Side effects of swimming
After swimming, I'm always famished. So I eat 1.5 times more than usual on swimming days. This is what I'd like to convey. When I swim, I eat a lot and gain weight. The figure of a competent swimmer resembles that of a seal. The seal is in good health but not in great form. Of course, the ideal way to create a body is through bodybuilding.
